This is a scam. Note that the entire ad is one big JPG file, which keeps it from being searched by eBay. The email address listed that says "please email before you bid" is a fake that will just collect your email address for fraud or at the very least, spam.
This comes up from time to time on eBay. Avoid like the plague.
