Unfortunately, I've had the same happen way to many times to think it's just crappy sellers. Most of the new invoices that are sent no longer have mailing addresses on em unless the seller sneaks it in with the comments.
Then, when I try to contact the seller thru the "Contact Seller" button, most of the times I get nothing. So what I now do is send along my email address & have em go thru my regular email instead of ePays.
One guy got all pissy after I hadn't heard from him with about 4 emails, so I left a negitive feedback. He told me that he did reply, but I never got anything thru ePay. That's why I now send my email too, & also tell em to put whatever on the subject line, so try it that way to get your son's toys.
