Most likely the system lost it's residual pressure and the cups leaked it sloooowly out. It will probably hold fine if it gets pumped every few weeks.

Fill it and bleed it. Any bad leak will become obvious.

Or replace everything, that will fix it.

Or you good give it to me. I promise to take good care of it. I'll be there this afternoon to pick it up.
