I went through Leadville about 8 years ago with my '67 W. Couldn't figure out why it was running so crummy until I pulled in a parking lot by the school. I noticed the bleachers had a sign that said "Proud to live in Leadville, CO, Elevation 10,200 feet!" Didn't take me long to figure out why it was running so lousy since I live at an elevation of about 300 feet. =)
