Hi, I had the same problem with a 52 power wagon, my engine had a
crankcaase vent tube with 'pvc' type valve in line
to the intake manifold, I cleaned the 'pcv' assy, still no luck,
then I removed the carburetor, and found the intake
manifold had a carbon buildup where the vent line
attached, I drilled it out, re-assembled, the truck ran
100% better! no more oil spewing out of the dipstick
and filler and MORE POWER! Your truck may have the standard
'blow by tube' that is located at rear of block on passenger
side of engine, remove this assy and make sure that it is clear!
If it has a line running to the intakle manifold, remove it and clean it too!
Good luck!
