blow by is caused by wear-
at rings- maybe they're rusty and will seat in
at exhaust valve guides- time for a tear down
possibley worsened by a plugged exhaust system
blow by will be less noticable if you run a pcv system
(positive crankcase ventilation) like the fording kit
had or like became standard in the early sixties as
a pollution control- also got better gas mileage by
burning the previously wasted gas
maybe you do have a pcv system that's plugged up- it's
plumbing that goes from the right side of the engine
to the intake manifold under the carb.Disassemble and clean.
maybe your engine is too full of oil
