Well you can see a lot of the WW 2 military Dodge variants at the site below.
Up to 1940 even the miltary Dodges had the full civilian fenders, and the only real army production in those days was 1/2 ton and 1.5 ton 4 x 4s. If I had to guess I suppose a '39 TF 4 x 4 1.5 ton or a 1940 VF (same truck a year later) would be favourite.
A '39 TF chassis number would be in the range 8,479,661 to 8,480,000 (just happen to have the manual here)and a 1940 VF would be between 8,827,101 and 8,833,572.
Of course Uncle Sam would also have bought smaller quantities of the larger Dodges, for example the VK 3 ton 4 x 2 was a favourite for overseas sales intended for France but most of which ended up in England.
