Has anyone put a NP-435 into a early ('46-'50) Powerwagon? I have come to the conclusion that my wife cannot drive a crashbox. I know what you are saying, dont let her drive at all, but it's a fetish thing. I love seeing her in the drivers seat of that old PW! (I just hate the noise of grinding gears!) Anyway, I have a spare NP-435 (and a 318) out of a sweptline era W-200 that I want to put in our WDX and I have a '48 without transmission that the crashbox will fit nicely into. Also, what can I do about the winch PTO? As the 435 has a opening for one I would like to retain the use of the winch if possible. Thanks for the help.
