Robert,
When you have a Mico Lock in the system you have to bleed it too. Mine has a bleed port on the booster and another, almost impossible to get to, behind the lock lever, under the dash.
A few years ago I pulled the booster unit and it was full of brake fluid from a leaking diaphragm. Popped in a rebuilt one and everything was good.
