I wish. The power lines go underground at the edge of my property. The tree is at the other end. If the tree goes down it will go across the neihbor's driveway and may take out his car. There is a power pole within reach but it would never go that way.
I just found a firm that will drop the tree without climbing it. They will drop it across the road. They will lay logs on the road for it to fall on. They just paved it yesterday. They want a lot less. They are insured and etc. Friends have used them and all are happy. They do crane work also to remove trees from houses.
