2 electrical questions- thanks

There are two wires from each cowl parking light on my B4 PW. I presume that one of these is a ground wire and the other is hot? Do most people inside the people ground the light where it bolts inside the cab? Same for heater motor.

Where can I buy a 1 or 2 speed heater pull switch to mount on the dash- Need 12 volt.
