Bridge Engineer? Thats a funny one! Monkton (population about 1,000) has a road commissioner and 2 guys on the road crew. The Road Commissioner is my next door neighbor but I havent talked to him about it as I dont see this as the Town's problem.
It was great to meet you at the Rally, I hope you can make it up next year.
I just bought a parts truck with a 251 engine that turns over. I am going to include it with the 68 WM-300 deal.
