No. Some are a bit higher geared and some lower. The axles are usually smaller on the front and that is as close as the gears come. If it was the same axle they would use the same gears. They don't have to be exact, only close because there is slippage. Heck, the difference in tire circumference from wear can make more difference than the slight variation in gear ratio.
