Phil has graciously posted on his T137 site all of the information that I could find on correct seals for the WDX-WM300 Power-Wagon.
The early Up-to Type transmission and the later After Type transmissions both require their own unique PTO. You can put an After Type PTO on and Up-to Type transmission (with a spacer), but not the other way around.
