On page 14 of Midwest Military's online catalog of Dodge WC parts is a picture of the two hood hinge pivots. On my WC-54 these brackets were fastened to a captive bar with threaded holes that fit underneath the holes on the cowl and the radiator shell. The short flat-head machine screws for this were very hard to find.
