Morning Geoof, Welcome to the Power Wagon Forum !
From your description, I personally would keep the M37 with the Hard top and Plow. If you live in snow country, the hard top is great. The standard M37 Hard Top (Arctic Top) is steel and has a rectangular rear window. If your rear window is oval and a steel top, you have a CCKW top, modified for the M37. Original Arctic Tops in good condition are hard to find and very costly.
If the front springs have sagged some from the plow, new NOS Springs are available. The
standard winch is a Braden LU-4, again another nice and costly item. Combat wheels are not original for a M37. M37's used Budd wheels as seen in the picture. If you like the look of the combat wheels, there is no reason not to use them.....its your truck to set up as you like.
Its difficult to estimate a price from a description, without pictures. Go to the first page on the forum (blue page with click boxes). Click on Photo Classifieds, scan down and you will get ideas of the asking prices. Then at the end click on completed sales and look for M37's for a idea of actual selling prices.
Good luck with your M37, we are here to help in any way.
