the T137 setup has lower fixed anchors so
the front shoe is energized when the brakes
are applied while going foreward and the rear
shoes are energized when the brakes are applied while going in reverse
so as almost all stopping (or trying to stop)
is done when the vehicle is moving foreward
the larger bore puts more pressure on the
rear shoe to push it against the drum
