Well I don't know about Spence being a treasure, but he certainly is a gold mine when it comes to information and stories. And if he does not have a story to fit a particular occasion, he will make one up! ;^)
It looks like everyone had a good time. Wish I could have been there.
I am leaning towards building a shop with conventional stud construction, but I have to check out all possibilities first. I actually like the gambrel roofs from Wick. I have not seen any gambrels built by Morton.
