I got my 5 new NDT's from GW Tire in Cookstown, NJ. I brought then painted rims and good rings, and they mounted them without chipping any of the paint. All for about $1100, three years ago. They were much cheaper that Universal, and they knew how to deal with the split ring rims. The tires are Denman, 900x16.
