winch

got a supprise today. Finishing up a frame off rebuild of a B3PW. I dragged the winch out of storage and started to clean it up. It is a Tulsa Winch not a Braden! Looks like a Braden from the pictures I have, but it has TULSA WINCH cast on the side of the worm gear case and says Tulsa Winch, division of Vickers, Incorporated on the data plate. Plate says it is model number 12CER or 12CHR or somthing like that (the plate is kind of weathered).
Does anyone know anything about these? I looked up the Tulsa Winch site and they do have a model 12, but it isn't like the winch I got.
