Dan: a industrial revolution, such as we are seeing now in foriegn countries will last 50 or more years bar none.The balance of trade and the power that goes with it is dramatic and will deplete countries such as the U S and canada, shipping of raw materials and importing finished products is a one way street . Off shore countries are all ready paying top prices for fuel and materials as much as we consevre our resources and making it unbearable to compete here, this is serious ,add that to the lower wages paid in such foriegn lands recovery to north america is unlikely.As money flows so does power ,power to control markets and prices .This is a genuine wake up call for north americans i cannot over express that concern. Every company that has gone global has not done that for the benefit American people its done to line the pockets of share holders no one else .So when companies with names that are as American apple pie are NOT manufacting in the US and making product off shore are not supporting the U S . JI Case J Deere Catapiler and thousands more have desserted a sense of nationalism for capotalizm (sp). They are destroying the American dream one part at a time, corperate power based on profits pitted against your own people is nothing more than a self inflicked wound . I wish I could roll back the clock before this bussiness of developing foriegn nations, ever started . When i was a kid we would send money ,once a month at church. A special collection, so to educate and feed north koreans .Soon they will take collections to send money here to feed our needy ! trust me the tip of the iceberg dead a head ~J Ps but Dan i admire your sand
