The W200 etc. bed section in front of the wheelwell is 2" taller (i.e. drops down 2" more) than the WM300 bed and has its own attached running board. You have to remove the attached running board and trim this section (i.e. lessen the height) and bend a new lip in the bottom of it to allow the running board to fit under the bedside.
I know the wheelwells are also slightly different than the WM300 bed. My friend Kieth mounted one of these beds on his truck unchanged. The front panel is just a bit closer to the cab and the wheelwells are darn close! Only Eric, Paul Cook, Todd Summers, and Clint would ever notice!
