The beds are the same length, it is the wheel well that is 2" off from the Power Wagon. If 2" is removed from the front, The same piece is them added onto the back and is hidden under the rear stake pocket. The other option, and more commonly done is to install the bed as is and nobody notices that the wheel well is not quite centered on the wheel.
