Get your hands on some front stake pockets (near the cab) as they tend to have the least damage from any of the tall 2wd 1948-55 (or early 1956) beds. If you want a center pocket, just take the long front pocket and cut it down to match the one on your Power Wagon bed.
Sometimes the rear pockets on the beds are decent, but most of the time I pull the front pockets, and people just drill the holes they need and add the weld nuts for the tail light brackets. Those jobs are much easier then fixing cracked out pockets.
