M-37 transmission in WC 1/2 ton

Hello all, according to Keith an M-37 tranny will fit in an early Power wagon with the crash box tranny without changing the bellhousing. If that is the case, will it fit into a 1/2 ton WC with the same tranny. If so do you have to do any cutting other than to the wood floorboard. I'm geeting tired of the double clutching(LOL). Any advice appreciated.
