I would have questioned it too,if not for the build sheet which made it real clear what it was equipped with. Im thinking that since the truck has a little sticker on the tailgate advertising its orig selling dealer in Colorado,perhaps its first owner wanted it equipped so he could run a plow? but then why get the heaviest front axle with the light GVW and lite duty front springs,not real logical is it?
