I always run 90 wt oil. If you use 140 wt it is going to be a pain if you get any cooler weather at all. It makes for a real stiff shift when you start out unless you live wher it is 110 degrees. Yes it will slow down the gears faster when you double clutch but maybe too much.
If your like me, some days I hit every up and down shift and do not hear the slightest gear grind. Other days I can not hit a single shift no matter what I do.
