Coming home last night, I followed 3 fire rigs coming down Hwy 50 near Shingle Springs, CA. They were white, with Elko County, NV fire district on their doors. The town name was something that started with an "h" but for the life of me I cant remember it. It was something like Town of Hemphill, or Higglytown, or something like that as I recall. They were nice clean newer rigs. Looked like they had never seen a fire. Dont know where they were headed, but with all the smoke around here, I lost them. Of course the extra 30mph didnt help either.
