how to make weather or rain gurd on cap

anybody have any suggestions on how to make the weather guard that goes around the top or edge of the cab. Mine is rusted off and trying to fab something back on like original. Or does anybody sell these ?? As a better explanation I guss u call it a rain guard around the top of the door & cab !!
