We've never communicated back and forth yet, but let me introduce myself as the wrapper of the PW Rally scallops in bacon.
It's a ritual that I started way back in August 2002 when my husband ("Terry in Bozrah") and I attended the antique military truck show in Webster, MA.
We had yet to meet in person ANY of the wonderful people we've been fortunate to meet through Joe's forum here.
Anyway, I brought a few morsels of scallops and bacon to share on the barby and thus a custom was born. For three rallies in VT, two in Lee, MA and one in West Virginia it's become something like having a hot dog at a baseball game.
The food is sweet, salty, crispy and juicy this specialty of mine. Tim Holloway is my biggest fan.
