PW/FF Cab Floor Seals

I have a question to post for anyone that knows. The floor pan around the levers on the Dodge Power Wagons should have some kind of seal around them was leather used by factory as a one piece or several pieces for each type and secured to the pan? In those trucks I have purchased there was no sign of a water seal.
