on the pw i have it has this square box i assume its a goveneror of sorts but this set up is more comp;icated than it looks . i assume it has two purposes (per pus ses) sp ? one for upper speed and one to avoid over speed on steep down grades (IE) i think i just dumps the air and stops the fuel ?????????? has any one really researched this as in a manual or a technical buletin ~J
