I am looking for a vin plate because the government agents in British Columbia are a bunch of bloody idiots. I can't register the damned truck in Canada until I get it inspected, but when I take it to get inspected I am told it is over 15 years of age so it doesnt need it. So I go back to the government sponsered insurance agent and once again they tell me it needs an inspection. So I am looking for a vin that is no longer in use because the vehicle has been scrapped. I will then use this Canadian vin to regiser my vehicle.
