Chris, with the disc brake e-brake, you just bolt the rotor to the yoke using the u-joint hold down bolts, you don't need any special yoke. Somehow when I did my driveshafts I managed to find enough stuff to make it all work. I don't have the same u-joints on both ends of the shaft though, but who cares, it works. Changing everything around is a ton of work, so if your truck just needs seals, I'd just do them, otherwise you're in for a lot of fabrication.
