It the two ends are paralell, then the one end swings an arc around the other. Anywhere on that circle is the same bentness. Smaller circles are better.

Stock is a 5" circle. Center diff and center t/c = 8" circle. Simple to measure height difference. Off set diff and that higher, centered output shaft= 12" circle. I had to lay that one out- 8" higher than the diff, and 9" to side, on a full size piecs of paper, = 12"
