Attaching jpegs?

It must be simple, but all I see is a URL link for images, which means it has to come from a web site. How do you attach a jpeg photo here? I'm on a Mac and you just drag and drop things... so simple. The Yahoo groups e-mails are a jurasic html nightmare. Sometimes things work sometimes not! Thanks Gar
