Rear axle question?

I've had to replace the gasket on the rear hub last year and wondering what's going on again?
Could the drive shaft be out of balance and taking out the gasket on the hub?
Today I took off another hub as the bolts on the old hub(one stud hole is striped) and to changing that out.
Anyways I got to think and maybe the drive shaft could be my problem?
Is there a quick way to check balance of drive shaft.
