many advances have been made by the auto industry for vehicles to get better fuel milage > little has been done to improve the gasoline to produce better milage > years ago there was a T V commecial> i believe it to have been shell oil company ,they took to cars of the same make and model > in each car they put one gallon of gas ,one was shell gas the other a unknown brand > on the test track the car with shell gas lapped the other car> after the non shell fueled car had run out of gas > mind you this was a advertisement BUT they were saying shell gas was giving better milage , hence buy shell gas and you'll get more for your money >so what has happened, i am certain that in the years i have been buying gas there must be some improved technology that could be applied to fuels > mind you its not in the intrest of the major corperations mind to give you more bang for you buck > the ability to produce fuels to give better milage must exist ~J
