The radio enclosure you have was used in the Low Cab Forwards in the mid 60s on up. There was more then one radio mounted in an enclosure much like that one over the years. The radio you have is pretty common, it was used in the standard pickups, A100s, etc mounted in the dash.
The model 700 radio (which I attached a picture of to this post) was only used in 1957-60 Dodge Trucks, and maybe a few of them found their way into the 1961 or 62 Low Cab Forwards, or Town Wagons. The two radios have little in common other then they both mount on the roof.
