Optivizer #4 or 5. Don't buy extra ones you never use them.

dial caliper 8" is good
machinist vise to hold your work. Can be pricey. look around.
Stanley adjustable square 12". Don't get off brand. The tab that grips the scale will break of if it's pot metal.
