He has had similar complaints from other ebay buyers. This is not an isolated incident. He has had 12 similar negative experiences in the last 12 months. Those 12 do not include mutually agreed upon withdrawn negative feedback nor does it include neutral feedback. Anyone can log onto eBay and confirm this: He goes by "powerwagonparts". He sell lots of smaller ticket items $10-20 type of thing. I was one of his largest sales amounts at $350.99.
Last month eBay changed their policy so that sellers CANNOT leave negative feedback to buyers as retaliation. This prevented many jokers from getting negative feedback at all up until this month. Now that the policy is changed we will see more negative feedback for shady dealings with no fear of being retaliated upon.
I am pursuing this matter with the police. I cannot begin to tell you how angry I am at this total scum, hack slimeball!!!
