Not sure of the per mile price but you'll pay around $1000 for a PW from OR-Southern CA.
Lots of transport trucks going up & down that route...lots traveling empty after bringing loads to Canada. There are thousands of US cars coming over the Border every day right now with the dollar the way it is.
