Not exceptional where we are, but Ottumwa got it. Power was out for a lot of our neighbors and we spent a little time in the basement for good measure. Went by quick.
Northern Iowa is in bad shape. Anyone coming from up there will have to bring the interstates down, then over. Too many roads are flooded out.
Forecast says chance of rain the rest of the week, but how often are they right?
