1978 Dodge Diesel??

I was looking at upcoming local farm auctions, and one of them has a "1978 Dodge diesel Truck, 264 diesel engine" on the sale bill. The picture shows a 2 wheel drive club cab long box truck with a different sort of fender badge just behind the headlights. Did Dodge offer a diesel in that year? Who,s diesel engine was it, and would it be a good engine for a PW conversion to keep it "all Dodge"?
