Welcome to the Forum. If the truck you have is a 1941, then it's not exactly a Power Wagon. It is probably a military Dodge truck.
There are several very clever people here who either have done their own conversions, or have used a company called
www.uglytruckling.com
to provide conversion kits for engine swaps, power steering, and power brakes.
Look first in the Forum archives at the link below. Then search for "engine swap" or similar phrases. and you will have enough reading material for a long time.
