Let's skip all the rules of communication. Punctuation is the standard that allows us to understand each other's written words. Do you use a repair manual? What, are you an automotive instructor? I set my timing on whatever cylinder I choose; who cares? We all make the occasional punctuation mistake; it's English, after all. You are getting graded by your punctuation. A really undecipherable bit of gibberish labels you as ignorant and not a reliable source of information. If you can't be bothered to communicate with any precision, why should we believe your advice is any more accurate/
