Ken,
I'm with you here on this one. That is so out of the normal. Usually when a wild animal, especially a predator approaches someone, getting tickled under the chin is not high on his list of priorities. Perhaps the kill we see there is loaded with catnip? They have killed numerous fox on the North Slope that have come into villages acting a little strangely and you guessed it, they were rabid. Still though, quite an experience!
