What do mean talk? You can practically reach across the gap and shake hands! If I had to leave Alaska and move into that close proximity to another house, I think I'd go plumb nuts. Just moving down to the lower 48 in itself is going to be one heck of a transition. Perhaps we'll get lucky and no one will buy our place :)
