That's an interesting question. If you take it for a given that fuel prices will never be low again, the next question would be "Is the premium price per gal of diesel over gasoline a permanent thing?" If diesel is to permanently remain at a price that more than offsets its economy over gasoline (at least in smaller vehicles, not freight haulers)--will there be any push by dealers to increase diesel vehicle inventory?
