It's fine, and a good candidate for restoration, what I can see looks OK, but no way to tell if it has the original T202 engine and front axle (swapping a half ton WC front axle centre section on was common)
The asking price would be OK here in Europe, given the current $ value, but it is a good 40% higher than I would expect it to fetch in the USA. It's his truck so he can ask any price he wants...
